Booking & Pricing

Are prices fixed?

Yes. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. No surge pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises. Our fixed pricing means you can budget with confidence.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe's secure payment system. You can also pay the driver directly in cash if preferred.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the passenger's details during checkout. The confirmation will be sent to the email provided, and you can add special instructions for the driver.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer competitive rates for group bookings. Larger vehicles (8+ passengers) often provide better per-person value than multiple smaller cars.

Flight & Pickup

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge. Your driver will be there when you land, regardless of delays or early arrivals.

What is meet & greet service?

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name. They'll help with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. This service is included free with all bookings.

How long will the driver wait?

We include 60 minutes free waiting time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. Additional waiting time is charged at £2 per 15-minute period.

What if I can't find my driver?

Call or WhatsApp the number provided in your confirmation. Our drivers are trained to wait in the designated meeting areas and will help you locate them quickly.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or live chat to cancel.

Can I change my booking details?

Yes, you can modify pickup time, location, or passenger details up to 2 hours before pickup. Changes to flight details are updated automatically with flight tracking.

What if I need to change my destination?

Destination changes can be made up to 2 hours before pickup. Price adjustments will apply if the new destination is significantly different in distance.
